Our History
Since 2013, Care Plus Home Health Care (CPHC) has been an independently owned and trusted provider of home health services for disabled young adults and the senior community. In 2022, we introduced new ownership, with CPHC in Anderson, Indiana, now operating through a partnership between BHI Senior Living, Inc. and Healthcare Therapy Services, Inc. Together, we are committed to our mission of delivering high-quality home healthcare services. Our foundation is built on enhancing the health and lives of those we are privileged to serve. With God’s help, we strive to be part of the ministry of giving hope and a future to people of all ages.
BHI Senior Living, Inc. owns and operates ten Life Plan Communities and two Active Adult Communities in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. These communities provide a continuum of senior healthcare services, including assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services. BHI’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for older adults within a secure environment that supports their needs, values, interests, and independence while encouraging personal and spiritual development.
Healthcare Therapy Services, Inc., established in 1988, serves communities by providing comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, as well as wellness programs. Guided by the principles of Jeremiah 29:11, HTS aims to be a part of the ministry of giving hope and a future, with a mission to be the performance-proven and acknowledged industry leader in therapeutic services.
