Home Health Administrator

Aretoula Nahas has been the Home Health Administrator for Care Plus Homehealth since 2022, bringing extensive experience in therapy services and healthcare management. She oversees home health operations, ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhances patient care services. Aretoula holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assisting from the University of Indianapolis.

Denise Anderson, RN

 

Director of Nursing

Denise Anderson currently serves as the Director of Nursing at Care Plus Homehealth. With over a decade in supervisory roles and 7 years in home health, she brings a wealth of experience in nursing and healthcare management. She holds a Master of Health Care Administration from Purdue University Global, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valparaiso University, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Ivy Tech Community College.

Taylor Carr

 

Sales Director

Taylor Carr joined CarePlus Home Health as Sales Director, bringing extensive experience in senior living and home health services. She previously held roles at Maple Knoll Village in Cincinnati, Westminster Village North in Indianapolis, and BHI Senior Living’s Marketing team, where she focused on community outreach and strategic growth.
Taylor earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Cincinnati and has a strong background in relationship-building, marketing, and sales. In her role, she leads CarePlus Home Health’s outreach and growth efforts, working to expand partnerships and ensure seniors receive high-quality care in their homes.

Our care team includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, licensed therapists and therapist assistants, certified nursing assistants, and licensed home health aides, all working together to ensure the well-being and independence of our patients.

Skilled Nursing

Our team of licensed nurses provide comprehensive patient and caregiver education to promote independence and healthy living. Their services include, but are not limited to: after-surgery care, wound care and dressing, catheter care, IV therapy, nutritional therapy, disease process management, diabetic care, injury care, and medication management.

Certified Nursing Assistants

Our certified nursing assistants assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, while also monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team.

Home Health Aides

Our certified home health aides provide medication reminders, check vital signs, and offer support with light housekeeping, personal grooming, bathing, and meal preparation.

Physical Therapy

Our physical therapists focus on helping patients restore function, increase strength, and improve balance and mobility.

Occupational Therapy

Our occupational therapists support patients in regaining the skills needed for daily living such as bathing, dressing, cooking, grooming, and toileting.

Speech Therapy

Our speech language pathologists work with patients to improve communication and swallowing abilities. They address challenges related to speech, language, and cognitive-communication disorders.
